WHAT WE BUILD
Project Pilatus
An R&D project exploring agentic workflows for real estate. Tenants reported issues through a conversational interface; an AI agent triaged, delegated to the right tradesperson via RAG, monitored email replies for invoices, and handled bookkeeping — all autonomously. The proof of concept concluded in 2024 and directly inspired HomeMatch.
Concluded
